The quality of customer service at Piazza is very good. What will keep me coming back as my 2001 Jetta gets into old age is the service department’s honestly about what really needs to be worked on. Service visits can be extremely expensive and their ability to say that something can wait to be replaced or upgraded, rather than added to the bill right now, builds my trust and keeps me from looking elsewhere for service.

I truly enjoy the scheduled maintenance – I just call to make an appointment at the date/mileage noted on the sticker on my windshield or when prompted by my multifunctional display. I’m always able to get an appointment on the date I ask for. The prices for service at Piazza Volkswagen are also very competitive and I would never bring my car anywhere else for service.

I had a great experience at Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore. The salesman, Charles Firestone, was excellent in terms of knowledge and honest. I knew what I wanted and test drove me car on Saturday. The following Tuesday, I bought the car. It was the best dealership experience ever! (and my father spent his whole life at a dealership so I’ve been to several). I didn’t even have to negotiate the price. The price was better than I had expected to be offered as soon as I sat down and I qualified for 1.9% financing. It doesn’t get better than that! I signed the paperwork in 5 minutes and was out of there. I scheduled the pickup and did the paperwork in the dealership the following weekend. I had a massive migraine, so I was not in any mood to speak to anyone. Andrea, who was taking care of the paperwork, spoke softly and warned me when the printer was going to blast off. I was sooo grateful! I wasn’t sure about the extended warranty and asked for some time to think about it. Andrea was great and told me to email her. I did that Monday. She sent a driver with the new paperwork so I didn’t have to leave work. I also had a problem with the Sirius satellite … Charles called them and took care of it immediately. I couldn’t say anything bad about my experience. It was excellent! I love my new TDI too!

While I was prepared to travel to several VW dealerships in the Philadelphia area, Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore was actually the first and only dealership I visited before making a purchase. To some extent this was dictated by the immediate model/trim availability. However, I also felt that the quality of my actual sales experience and the price quote at Piazza was unlikely to be surpassed or even matched by the competition. My overall experience was in excellent agreement with published customer on-line reviews. Thank you very much!

A need and benefit that was fully displayed upon my recent visit by your staff that delivered impeccable customer service and superior salesmanship. My assisting sales consultant was Ms. Sue Choi. Sue's warm character and personality was one of the top reasons why I settled on your dealership. My first priority was safety, followed by brand reliability, and a ticket price that would work with my budget. On a hunch I found your website and decided to reach out to an agent via email. I didn't expect a rapid reply since I sent the message after 10PM. However, Sue responded, and kept in contact with me until we met the next day. Upon meeting Sue, my mind was still on the accident and everything that transpired since then, so I was noticeably stressed. Sue politely informed me that she was working with another client, and asked me to wait for her if possible. It was perfectly fine for me because your front receptionist had already greeted me and we struck up a warm conversation. Her lighthearted candor made me smile and kept my mind off my overall anxiety. From the time that Sue and I sat down, discussed the options, and took a test drive, I was more than pleased and relaxed. And although I had secured financing my credit union, Sue was able to get me a lower APR through Volkswagen's banking services. There were moments when Sue was away gathering information so she offered me beverages to keep me comfortable and your staff stayed active with me just the same. Mr. Demain Kelleher greeted me, and asked if I needed anything in Sue's absence which I greatly appreciated. During the next morning I contact Sue, letting her know I was ready to pick up the car later that day, and if it could be ready for delivery. Without a moment's notice, Sue was busy contacting my insurance company and finalizing paperwork with Ms. Andrea Gibson, your business manager. Sue informed me via email that my car was filled with gas and cleaned for me to take home. I did not experience this during my last purchase at the Nissan dealer. The timeliness and attention to detail was genuinely superb. For my time with Ms. Gibson, she was also knowledgeable, congenial, and attentive. Andrea explained my contract guidelines and gave me competitive payment options and appealed to my budget. Once everything was solidified, Demian, Sue, and Andrea individually congratulated me on my purchase. Your skilled staff understands the value of top-tier customer service! As a professional sales executive for 18 years it take a lot to wow me. He was professional, courteous, informative and easy going. I never once felt like I was being sold … only helped. When looking for a used vehicle I visited Audi, BMW, Infiniti, Saab dealerships and none offered an shopping experience even close to what Jonathan delivered. We have been in contact with many VW dealerships, both locally and nationally, to inquire about purchasing a Tiguan. Piazza VW in Ardmore, PA was the only dealership that was professional and knowledgeable. Many of the competing dealerships either didn’t have an answer to our questions, made one up, or promised to get back to us with an answer and never did. Piazza was the only dealership with a consistent “yes, can do” attitude, always with a follow-up email or phone call. The general attitude in the showroom is always friendly, never aggressive, always available for help if that is what one desires. Sometimes car shopping is just browsing process in the beginning; Piazza always room for casual browsing with appropriate staffing waiting in the wings to answer questions. We appreciated the no-nonsense approach to vehicle purchase price; Piazza offers a fair price and eliminates the need for back and forth haggling. Our only experience with service thus far has been for the complimentary 90 day new vehicle service check, which was scheduled easily and done within the estimated time, with a prompt follow-up phone call when the service was finished. Piazza was such a pleasure to work with that we are back to purchase a second vehicle within 60 days of the first transaction!

As someone with a VW Rabbit in center city Philadelphia, Piazza VW is a convenient location for having my car serviced. Beyond the convenient location, the service staff at Piazza is friendly and generally excludes trustworthiness. This is important in the auto service business given the potential for all, but the most savvy customers being swindled. I highly recommend Piazza because of this and their flexibility in scheduling appointments (I always get my first pick). My only gripe is the cost, but I believe the labor rate at any dealership would be comparable.

I arrived at Piazza VW's service department, without an appointment, because I discovered a screw in one of my back tires. I was alerted by the problem by the dashboard tire pressure monitor light. Sean determined that the correct tire placement tire was in stock and brought the car right in for service. I went across the street for lunch and the work was completed, the car was cleaned by the time I finished lunch. I could not be happier!

Alex Mallon was an excellent sales associate! The dealership atmosphere as a whole was extremely welcoming! Piazza is not the type of dealership that pushes you into buying a car or tries to get you into a vehicle you didn't want to buy. They had the car I wanted ready with all the features I had asked for and did not try to force me into any extras. Alex and the dealership worked extremely hard to get me into a car for a great down payment and monthly payment. I was extremely satisfied with the service and honesty from everyone! Not only to they provide great service upon the purchasing but, Alex emailed and called to make sure I was completely happy with the car and to make sure it was running smoothly! Everyone from the time I walked in was very down to earth. I will be buying again in the future!

I highly recommend Piazza Volkswagen. On every occasion I have had to take my Passat in for service, the work has been completed in a timely and most professional manner. The customer service associates are extremely helpful and polite, always addressing me respectfully, and going the “extra mile” to be sure the work on my car is complete. The mechanics are skilled and meticulous in their workmanship. Never have I had to return to have the same problem worked on again after they first repair it. I have found the dealership to be honest and always exhibiting integrity and thoughtfulness. My car is returned to me with the interior in immaculate condition and the car having been washed and looking new. I have had no regrets for ever taking my car to Piazza Volkswagen for any repairs or warranty work. I would like to take a moment to commend and thank Volkswagen corporate for supporting individuals in the customer service division of the company, who are truly dedicated to the real meaning of their title. Neil Berger of Piazza is truly the best, I have been a part of the Volkswagen organization since my first automobile; a 1964 beetle convertible in 1966. I have been a customer of Ardmore VW for many years and have always felt each person there has taken an interest in me as a customer. In fact, I enjoy going out there! It is not the closest dealership to me, but I go there because of the people. I will continue to go there because of the people. I would like to thank Mr. Berger at Ardmore Volkswagen and everyone else who applies the same level of commitment to what they do at Volkswagen, particularly in service, where it is a long term outgoing relationship that is developed.

Throughout my search for a new car, I went to several dealerships where the sales staff were cocky, overbearing and untrustworthy. I knew Sue was different as soon as I met her. Throughout the approval and signing, I felt that Sue was invested in my happiness with the car and the sale. Sue made the experience personal. When dropping off the car, I explained there was a brake light out and was told it would be replaced under warranty – when picking up the car was told 12 months/12,000 miles and that since the car has 12, 971 was charged almost $20.00 for a brake light. I was told you are very strict about warranty time. This light had been out for some time – I had just not had a chance to get to your dealership – lesson learned. The service desk did honor the emailed coupon which was greatly appreciated. Everyone I spoke with at the service desk was very nice, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Craig Starn was very courteous and helpful.  The experience at Piazza VW of Ardmore when compared to other dealerships is far superior.  I would definitely do business there in the future!  Thank you!

Although the process took longer than I planned for, in the end I pretty much got exactly the car I was looking for.  At least I did not feel that the dealership was forcing me to pick something they had.  Most of the time, when someone is looking for a GTI, they are pretty clear about that choice.  I do appreciate the loaner car I had over the weekend while I waited for my car to be delivered.  That was a big help!  Bruce Mehlman did a great job getting me what I wanted.  Even when I came in for a test drive, he displayed real interest to show me the car.   The final price was reasonable too.  It was late when I picked up my car, but that did not prevent Bruce from taking the time to explain the myriad of features.  It did not end with just handing over the key!  I appreciate his attention and patience.  Overall, I am just glad everything is done and finalized.

I did have some effort to get timely responses to a few questions, but the sales manager was quite ill during the period when I expected to take delivery of the car.  Everyone was most helpful once I had the car.  This is the 4th VW lease I have had, and I am very satisfied.
