| My initial contact with Piazza Volkswagen was with Lauren Murphy, through the dealer's website. She was very helpful regarding both their current and inbound inventory. I appreciated that she was respectful of my time and didn't pressure me to "come look at what we have and make a deal" even though it was close to the end of the month. I elected to visit the dealership to view a car that was close to what my son wanted. Sue Choi allowed m son to take a test drive that bordered on a road trip, allowing him to drive the car on a variety of roads. As a young adult, this car is the first car that I bought on my own, thus my only real experience with a service department had been with your service department. I have always been very pleased with the level of service provided by your staff, the courtesy shown by everyone that I encountered and the quality of the work done. Recently, I moved about an hour from Ardmore and had work done at a different dealership. Having known nothing other than the service I received at your dealership, I expected the same of the other dealership. Well, I was unfortunately very wrong. I do not write this e-mail to speak poorly of another dealer, simply to let you know that your service department is heads above the rest. First of all, your team always provides reasonable estimates for wait time and service time. If, for whatever reason, the car is not going to be ready they always call in advance, give an update and ask if I need any assistance during the extended time. Not only do they call, but they call with the most pleasant attitudes. I truly feel that they respect my time. Additionally, when calling to schedule an appointment, everyone is just so pleasant and courteous. Finally (and most importantly in my mind), someone ALWAYS, ALWAYS walks me through every line item on the invoice before I am asked to sign anything. They are more than willing to answer any questions that I have, and I always leave your dealership feeling that I can trust the people that serviced my car. (I honestly did not realize how important this was until my recent experience elsewhere, where I found a charge that should not have been on the bill and nobody ever reviewed the invoice with me.) | When I realized that the door on the driver's side would not close and seemed to be 'hanging', I immediately drove over to Piazza Volkswagen, where I always take my VW Beetle for service. When I got there I saw Sean Gibson and explained the problem to him. He went to my car and saw the problem and said that they would take care of the problem for me, which they did. The car was taken into the service area where the door now closes and seems to be as it should be. When I first arrived at Piazza VW and saw Sean, immediately, I felt that I was going to get good service. | I had a great experience at Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore. The salesman, Charles Firestone, was excellent in terms of knowledge and honest. I knew what I wanted and test drove me car on Saturday. The following Tuesday, I bought the car. It was the best dealership experience ever! (and my father spent his whole life at a dealership so I’ve been to several). I didn’t even have to negotiate the price. The price was better than I had expected to be offered as soon as I sat down and I qualified for 1.9% financing. It doesn’t get better than that! I signed the paperwork in 5 minutes and was out of there. I scheduled the pickup and did the paperwork in the dealership the following weekend. I had a massive migraine, so I was not in any mood to speak to anyone. Andrea, who was taking care of the paperwork, spoke softly and warned me when the printer was going to blast off. I was sooo grateful! I wasn’t sure about the extended warranty and asked for some time to think about it. Andrea was great and told me to email her. I did that Monday. She sent a driver with the new paperwork so I didn’t have to leave work. I also had a problem with the Sirius satellite … Charles called them and took care of it immediately. Sue's warm character and personality was one of the top reasons why I settled on your dealership. I didn't expect a rapid reply since I sent the message after 10PM. However, Sue responded, and kept in contact with me until we met the next day. There were moments when Sue was away gathering information so she offered me beverages to keep me comfortable and your staff stayed active with me just the same. Mr. Demain Kelleher greeted me, and asked if I needed anything in Sue's absence which I greatly appreciated. During the next morning I contact Sue, letting her know I was ready to pick up the car later that day, and if it could be ready for delivery. Without a moment's notice, Sue was busy contacting my insurance company and finalizing paperwork with Ms. Andrea Gibson, your business manager. Sue informed me via email that my car was filled with gas and cleaned for me to take home. I did not experience this during my last purchase at the Nissan dealer. The timeliness and attention to detail was genuinely superb. For my time with Ms. Gibson, she was also knowledgeable, congenial, and attentive. Andrea explained my contract guidelines and gave me competitive payment options and appealed to my budget. | We have been in contact with many VW dealerships, both locally and nationally, to inquire about purchasing a Tiguan. Piazza VW in Ardmore, PA was the only dealership that was professional and knowledgeable. Many of the competing dealerships either didn’t have an answer to our questions, made one up, or promised to get back to us with an answer and never did. Piazza was the only dealership with a consistent “yes, can do” attitude, always with a follow-up email or phone call. The general attitude in the showroom is always friendly, never aggressive, always available for help if that is what one desires. Sometimes car shopping is just browsing process in the beginning; Piazza always room for casual browsing with appropriate staffing waiting in the wings to answer questions. We appreciated the no-nonsense approach to vehicle purchase price; Piazza offers a fair price and eliminates the need for back and forth haggling. Beyond the convenient location, the service staff at Piazza is friendly and generally excludes trustworthiness. This is important in the auto service business given the potential for all, but the most savvy customers being swindled. | My sales consultant, Sue Choi, was so sweet and had a great sense of humor. Throughout my search for a new car, I went to several dealerships where the sales staff were cocky, overbearing and untrustworthy. I knew Sue was different as soon as I met her. She was friendly and cracked fun little jokes that had me laughing throughout the test drive and signing. Throughout the approval and signing, I felt that Sue was invested in my happiness with the car and the sale. Sue made the experience personal. Her warm and pleasant personality won me over, and I was more than happy to give her my business ( which I could not say about almost all of the other sales reps I met during my car search). | When dropping off the car, I explained there was a brake light out and was told it would be replaced under warranty – when picking up the car was told 12 months/12,000 miles and that since the car has 12, 971 was charged almost $20.00 for a brake light. I was told you are very strict about warranty time. This light had been out for some time – I had just not had a chance to get to your dealership – lesson learned. | Although the process took longer than I planned for, in the end I pretty much got exactly the car I was looking for. At least I did not feel that the dealership was forcing me to pick something they had. Most of the time, when someone is looking for a GTI, they are pretty clear about that choice. I do appreciate the loaner car I had over the weekend while I waited for my car to be delivered. That was a big help! Bruce Mehlman did a great job getting me what I wanted. Even when I came in for a test drive, he displayed real interest to show me the car. The final price was reasonable too. It was late when I picked up my car, but that did not prevent Bruce from taking the time to explain the myriad of features. It did not end with just handing over the key!
